I am a happy man! I was just browsing through Netflix (as I do at midnight), and what is it that I find, well Pearl Jam 20 the documentary.

I'm a huge Pearl Jam! So, yeah....I am happy.

Google Celebrates the Great Freddie Mercury

Sometimes "Google's Doodles" can be a little out there....(see Jorge Luis Borges 112th Birthday) -- on this day, however, I think they've picked right.

Today's Google Doodle celebrates the 65th birthday of the acclaimed rock band Queen's lead singer Freddie Mercury.

I've always said -- if you don't like Queen, chances are high I don't like you! Queen is one of the greatest rock bands of all time and Freddie was everything a Rock 'n Roll front man should be. Loud, talented, unabashed and enthralling to the highest degree.

You will be missed Freddie, forever.....

Ever wanted to learn how to code? Never had the patient for those stupid "How to Books" and don't have the time (or money) to take formal class? Well, have I found something for you!

Codecademy is a free online interactive (almost video game style) service that teaches you the basics of coding.

It's definitely worth a checking out if your a nerd like me.

I think Rap was in need of a Alice Cooper/Kiss style artist to scare the shit out of everyone and shake it up a little bit.

Hey guys,

Because I am a North Carolinian and I live in Greenville (near the coast), I  may not be able to write for the next couple of days due to power-outages and blocking debris. As soon as I can, I will continue with the site.
